Jindabyne - January 2-6, 2012 Following a hugely successful 2011 camp we now head toward our sixteenth year of operation continuing to encourage and cater to all levels of ability. Jindabyne Training Camp is undoubtedly an annual fixture on many an athletes training calendar.
The camp features some outstanding guests who encourage, advise and support throughout the five days. As well as a delicious daily menu, planned and prepared by none other than Professional Chef and star of Channel Tens Ready Steady Cook, Mark Jensen, there are challenging training sessions, breathtaking scenery, a whole lot of laughs and many an email address exchanged on the departure day.
The camp is situated a mere 2km from Jindabyne Lake and is central to all facilities including the local pool which is utilised during our stay.
All disciplines of the Triathlon are addressed in the training programme. Groups are separated by levels of ability with professional coaches assigned to each training session.
Information seminars are held each evening by some of Australia’s most accomplished athletes with past appearances including Stephen Hodge, Paul Rowney and Craig Walton.
Whether you are a beginner cyclist looking for a foundation from which to work or an elite athlete looking for a challenging programme that will enhance your current training, the Jindabyne Training Camp will be able to accommodate your needs.
